How Restri Works
This page explains how transactions are processed on Restri in a transparent, operational format for users and compliance review teams.
What Restri is
Restri is a marketplace for digital goods and services. Sellers publish listings on the platform, and buyers purchase through the platform’s built-in transaction flow.
How a purchase works
- Buyer selects a product and pays for the order
- Funds are received by the platform and temporarily held
- The seller delivers the product, or it is delivered automatically
- The buyer confirms receipt
- After confirmation, funds become available for seller payout
Transaction safety
- The platform temporarily holds funds until the transaction is completed.
- Buyers can open a dispute if there is a problem.
- Transactions are logged and controlled by the platform.
- Sellers may be restricted for violations.
Disputes and refunds
If a product is not received or does not match the description, the buyer can open a dispute. The platform reviews the case and a decision may be made to complete the transaction or issue a refund.
Sellers

- Listings are subject to moderation.
- Violations may result in restrictions.
